Some where good, some were bad. Some tasted good and others...well, not so good. I remember one that was like trying to drink pancake batter.
But I can honestly say that after finding Shakeology from Beachbody, I have no need to try anything else.
Yes I do promote Shakeology just like I promote the workout programs like P90X, Insanity and RevAbs. The reason is simple, I've tried them and they work....period.
I take my fitness very serious and I would never recommend anything to anyone that I didnt believe in. In order for me to believe in something, I need to test it and see results.
Shakeology has done that and Im happy to share it with you as a Team Beachbody Coach.
As I've said in previous posts, it's hard to compare Shakeology to anything else on the market because nothing on the market compares to Shakeology.
In fact, recently there was a comparision of this 70+ ingredients found in a serving of shakeology and what you would need to go to the health food store to buy in order to equal what was in Shakeology. The findings were amazing! Just look for yourself...

I dont know about you, but I dont have the time to shop for all of the that or the money to spend just to buy all the things to equal what is in each scoop of Shakeology. Then, I doubt I would be able to create anything that would taste good at all.
I will stick to shakeology because it tastes great, has more of what I need to fuel my body and it's easy to use.
Something else I ask you to consider. Beachbody and Team Beachbody has an rock solid "Bottom of the Bag" Guarantee! Thats right, just try Shakeology and if you dont like it after using an entire bag, return it.
Look at that picture above again, how easy would it be to return all of that stuff to the health food store?
