Where it Begins

There are many things that make each of us who we are.  We are products of our beliefs, thoughts, choices and lifestyles.  We become who we are as a result of what we believe and the way we choose to live each day.

A part of that is the fitness and health we choose for ourselves.  Of course there is always the unfortunate illnesses that can impact our health.  But for the majority of us, how we feel and how we look is determined by the choices we make.

The body you have TODAY is a RESULT of the choices you made for yourself in the past.  If you are not happy with you personal fitness level, your health or you body, you can decide today to begin making different choices for yourself.  This is the only way you can have a better body, more energy and lasting fitness.

Since I was a young man in the ARMY Infantry, I have done my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  I was impacted in a huge way by one of Lieutenants that was a fitness animal.  He had more commitment to his fitness and dedication to his exercise program than anyone Ive ever met.  The results were obvious, he had a body that any man looks at and says, I wanna look like that.C

The difference was that he didn't talk about it.  He did it.  He made a commitment to himself to make fitness and healthy choices a part of his daily life.

I can honestly say that Lt. Lambert was a role model for me as a young man.

I'm not intending to be a role model for you but I do want to share with you what I learned from Lt. Lambert more than 20 years ago.

If you choose to be fit, if you DECIDE today that you want better health, a better body and a life of energy then COMMIT to that decision, you will have SUCCESS in that goal.

When living a life of fitness is your decision, no situation, schedule or excuses can stand between you and your commitment because you can always live by making the best choices you can.
