Did we commit enough to our goal? Did we commit to our schedule and our meal plan? Did we give it our best effort during each workout?
As part of the Team Beachbody mission, we will do what we can to support and encourage you from before you begin your fitness program until you meet your personal goals. As a team, we will continue to support you and work with you if you decide to take it to the next step as a Team Beachbody Coach to share your success and motivation with others as they beginning their fitness journey.
